Helping to make a real difference
We’re proud to be part of a Group which is one of the Top 10 corporate givers to charity and the number 1 insurer1. We’re a different kind of business because we’re owned by a charity, but also because we have a charitable purpose to contribute to the greater good of society.
Sustainable charity partnerships
We work with key charity partners who tackle issues important to our customers and communities.
We are proud to work with Hugh’s House in Dublin since 2018. We were looking for a local charity that we could support in a variety of ways by fundraising and sharing practical and professional support. Hugh’s House share our social conscience and values. We’re passionate about supporting people and organisations that really make a difference by enriching the lives of others. We give more than financial support too, and are keen to roll our sleeves up to support them.
Many companies have charity partners these days, but we’re different. We’re not doing it because we think we ought to, but because we have genuine empathy for Hugh’s House and the work they do.
Hugh’s House provides accommodation 365 days a year to the families of children who are long term inpatients of Temple Street, Holles street, The Coombe and Rotunda Hospitals. They opened in May 2015 and everyone involved helps on a voluntary basis.
