A driven and successful leader with 24 years experience of working in the public sector (in a variety of senior corporate roles with a risk focus) and 10 years experience within the insurance industry in Enterprise Risk Management positions (Consultant, Advisor, Business Partner and Practice Leader). Recently appointed IRM Board Director and Women in Insurance Award Finalist (Risk Professional of the Year) in 2021.

A proven track record of successfully working in and with organisations (public, private and voluntary sector) in strategic planning, change management, performance management, enterprise risk and business continuity.

Qualifications: MBA, Certificate in Risk Management, Certificate in Business Continuity Management, Certificate in the Chartered Insurance Institute.

A Risk and Compliance professional with over 20 years of experience working in the financial services and general insurance industry, including in a variety of Enterprise Risk Management positions from Senior Risk Manager to Consultant. Most recent experience includes working across the Charity, Heritage, Faith and Educational sectors.

An industry specialist in the design, development, implementation, embedding and continuous improvement of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Frameworks and Business Continuity Management (BCM) Programmes with a wealth of training and educational development expertise and experience.

An active member of the Institute of Risk Management(IRM) supporting as an examiner and currently operating in the role of Co-chair within the Charity ERM Special Interest Group.
