As well as a competitive salary thats benchmarked annually against national competition, Ecclesiastical offers a structured benefits package to help you up every step of your career.

Holidays - the minimum entitlement for full time employees is 22 days per annum, additional days are accrued for years of service with Ecclesiastical, with another insurance company or for related previous professional experience.  Some employees have a higher entitlement, depending on the nature and level of their job or career path.

Pension employees are eligible for membership of a Personal Retirement Savings Account Pension (PRSA) arrangement provided through Irish Life group plc where employees make a contribution of 3, 4 or 5% of their salary and Ecclesiastical matches with contributions of 8, 10 or 12% respectively. However, if you are under age 30, Revenue rules state the maximum combined contribution level allowed is 15% of earnings (5% employee contribution and 10% employer contribution)

Medical Insurance - for permanent employees the company pays Voluntary Health Insurance under Plan B+ Options.

Bonus - Ecclesiastical operates a discretionary Profit Incentive Bonus scheme (PIBS), which provides an annual bonus, based on your individual and company performance.

Lunch - all Dublin based staff receive a lunch allowance which is paid monthly with salary
